Sales / Business Development Representative
Own the front line. You’ll reach out to equipment distributors and contractors, run discovery, present our value (factory-direct, high-strength, fast quoting), and close. Native-level English and B2B selling instincts are key.
- Prospect and open conversations with US distributors & contractors
- Run the quote-to-close process end to end
- Build long-term accounts, not one-off sales
Account Manager
Keep customers winning. You’ll be the trusted point of contact for existing buyers — handling reorders, compatibility questions, lead times, and turning satisfied customers into repeat, referring ones.
- Manage relationships and reorders for active accounts
- Coordinate quotes, samples, and delivery timelines
- Spot upsell and expansion opportunities
Logistics & Operations Coordinator
Keep the steel moving. You’ll help coordinate orders between our Turkish manufacturing partner and US customers — tracking production, shipping, customs paperwork, and delivery so nothing slips.
- Track orders from production through delivery
- Coordinate freight, samples, and import documentation
- Keep records clean and customers updated
